Paola was Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Massachusetts since the age of 9, and is a proud Holyoke High School graduate currently pursuing an associate degree in Business Administration at Holyoke Community College. With over 5 years of experience working in healthcare administration, she’s developed a strong passion for helping others and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s known for making people feel seen and valued. In her free time, you’ll find her reading romance novels, trying new foods, or spending time with her gorgeous cat, KC—who definitely runs the show!
