Couples therapy including cisgender or LGBT Couples Counseling is a form of psychotherapy that can help you and your partner improve your relationship. If you are having relationship difficulties, you can seek couples therapy to help rebuild your relationship. Couples therapy can address a wide range of relationship issues, including recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, an affair, issues related to sex, or difficulties due to external stressors.

Family therapy

Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. Family therapy is often short term. It may include all family members or just those able or willing to participate. Your specific treatment plan will depend on your family’s situation. Family therapy sessions can teach you skills to deepen family connections and get through stressful times, even after you’re done going to therapy sessions.
Session fees are to be paid out of pocket or with insurance.

In Case of Emergency

We offer outpatient services and do not respond to mental health emergencies. However, you can dial 988 for mental health emergencies anywhere in the USA. 988 will connect you with your local mental health crisis team. You can also visit your local ER and ask for a mental health evaluation.

If you are part of the LGBT+ community and you are in crisis, you can call either (866) 488-7386 or (877) 330-6366 for support.
