Struggling with anxiety? You’re not alone. This group is a supportive space where you’ll learn practical skills to help you manage worry, reduce stress, and regain a sense of control. Each session will introduce evidence-based techniques like mindfulness, grounding exercises, and cognitive strategies to help you cope with anxious thoughts and emotions. Whether you experience social anxiety, chronic worry, or stress overload, this group will provide the tools and support you need to feel more at ease in daily life.
