Virtual DBT Skills Group

Do you struggle to regulate your emotions or navigate relationship challenges? DBT can help you decrease reactivity, improve communication skills, and move beyond putting out fires. You can work through the four modules (mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance) in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Transgender Support Group

This is a space where people can gather, meet other trans folks, share their journey and their experiences, and find support in people who have shared lived experiences with them.

Therapist: Ariana Berglind LICSW (she/they)

-8 weeks and then 2 week break
-Virtual
-Thursdays at 4pm
-Duration = 1hr
-Starting the 1st week of February
-Open to all trans identified humans, 18 years or older.
-Maximum of 12 clients
