Virtual Couples Psychotherapy Group

Day/time: Thursdays from 6-7 PM
The group has capacity for up to 5 couples.
Facilitated by Vaughn Flichtbeil, LICSW

Join us for an ongoing couples psychotherapy group at Colorful Resilience! This group welcomes couples seeking a supportive space to cultivate their relationship skills and build emotional intimacy. Each session will begin with the presentation of skills/concepts, and then couples will take turns exploring their individual relationship challenges. Being in a group setting allows us to feel less alone in our struggles and receive support within the context of community. LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming.

To join this group, the couple must be able to engage in discussion without resorting to strategies such as shouting or name-calling. Couples presenting with domestic violence or abuse will be referred to appropriate services.

Virtual Mental Health Process Group

Day/time: Thursdays from 7:15 – 8:15 PM
The group has capacity for up to 15 individuals.
Facilitated by Vaughn Flichtbeil, LICSW

Do you feel alone in your mental health journey? Group psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to heal and grow in community. Group members play an essential role in witnessing and supporting their fellow group members. This group can provide additional support while you engage in individual psychotherapy. We welcome adults who are experiencing stressful life events such as break ups and loss or mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD. Group can be a less costly alternative to individual therapy or it can be a support while on the waitlist for individual therapy. LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming.
