Colorful Resilience is a Queer-Afro-Latina-owned mental health clinic that looks to provide culturally competent outpatient mental health services – primarily, but not exclusively – to BIPOC, LGBTQ+, First Generation, and/or immigrant folks in-person in Western MA and virtually anywhere in the state. Our clinicians are proud representatives or fearless allies of the communities we serve. Our mission includes offering a safe and rewarding work environment where clinician’s humanity is honored at work to be able to provide excellent therapeutic services to our clients.

Salary:
- Independently licensed clinicians earn $70,000 per year for FT and $35,000 per year for PT
- Licensing track clinicians earn $50,000 per year for FT and $25,000 per year for PT.
Full-time productivity expectation = 25 billable hours
Part-time productivity expectation = 14 billable hours

- Everyone works a maximum of 33 hours per week.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
- Cultural competency working with members of the LGBT+, immigrant, and BIPOC communities.
