Mission Statement
Colorful Resilience aims to provide services primarily -but not exclusively- to BIPOC, LGBTQ+, First Generation and immigrants. Our clinicians are proud representatives of the communities we serve.
Colorful Resilience rejects the oppressive service model in which clinicians are met with unrealistic productivity expectations, insulting compensation and little opportunity for advancement. Our group practice model is focused on providing a supportive, encouraging, as well as physically and emotionally safe working environment for our team members. We seek for clinicians to bring their full, authentic selves to work in order to best serve our clients.
