My name is Anna. Finding the right therapist can make all the difference, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season of life, processing past experiences, or working toward personal growth, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

I have over 10 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings and hold degrees in addictions counseling, psychology, and clinical mental health counseling. My professional journey began through AmeriCorps, where I discovered my passion for helping people build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds, with a particular passion for supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, immigrants, adoptees, and anyone seeking a safe, affirming, and compassionate therapeutic relationship. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I understand the importance of having a therapist who creates an environment where you can show up authentically without fear of judgment. I also enjoy facilitating groups that foster connection, belonging, and mutual support.

Because every person is unique, I tailor therapy to your individual needs by drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate, helping you develop skills, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.

No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to face it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, resilience, and the life you want to build.
