Sebastian is a mental health counseling professional dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and client-centered care. He has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern Maine. An immigrant himself of 12 years to the United States, he is originally from Ecuador.

Sebastian is able to provide teletherapy in English and/or Spanish. His style is integrative, and he is committed to supporting individuals through meaningful, evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT among others. He prioritizes individual values individualing client needs and experiences, and is committed to seeing the whole person first and foremost. His clinical interests include supporting folks with anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, the immigrant experience, parenting, and relationship challenges. He has experience working with people of all ages, LGBTQ+ community, and families.

Outside of counseling, Sebastian values curiosity, connection, and continued learning across cultures and communities. He loves spending time at home with his partner Hannah and their two children. He sometimes plays too much chess online, and really enjoys looking at the mountains or the sea, and coaching his son’s soccer team.
