I was raised in Massachusetts and hold a BA from Villanova University, an MA in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University, and an MSc in Applied Digital Health from the University of Oxford. I also completed a post-masters fellowship, receiving additional training in trauma-focused CBT, DBT, ACT, and perinatal mental health. With a background in digital health, I am especially attuned to the impactful presence of technology on work, relationships, and other aspects of daily life.

My therapeutic style is rooted in the belief that each individual possesses an innate capacity for growth and healing and is the expert on their own lives. I strive to create a warm and affirming environment to support clients in navigating life’s challenges. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. I practice from a culturally responsive lens, recognizing the importance of intersectional identities, systemic influences, and social context on mental health.

I have worked extensively with college students and working professionals and am
aware of the challenges of high-pressure environments. I also bring specialized experience working with women who are navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, traveling, reading, and exploring new coffee shops.
