Her practice is evidence-based and trauma-informed, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She has experience supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including women navigating substance use during pregnancy.
