I have experience supporting clients through concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, family conflict, mood disorders, and life transitions.
My approach is personalized and collaborative. I develop individualized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and utilize therapeutic interventions grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based approaches. I value building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust, resilience, healing, and meaningful long-term growth.
